Refunds & Exchanges
Because we understand that sometimes on occasion something may go wrong with your order, here is what you need to know to get an exchange or refund.
At TLHinspired we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to return it.
There’s a few important points you need to know, so please read the following carefully:
Faulty items
Pieces which are faulty are rare as each piece is handcrafted and checked before being packed. However, on the very occasionally a piece is faulty we are happy to offer a refund on your purchase.
If you discover a fault with your item, please contact us with the details and we will organise to replacement or refund of your purchase. We may ask for a photograph of the problem so we can understand what's going on.
Such returns generally cannot be accepted after 3 months of purchase, by which time any faults should have become apparent.
We may ask you to return the faulty item so we can see what went wrong and also so we can recycle the metal. If this is the case we will cover the cost of postage.
Damage during delivery
If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to organise a replacement or refund. Please ensure you include a photo of the damage so we can understand what has happened.
It is also a good idea to contact your local post office to lodge a complaint about the issue.
We may ask you to return the damaged item so we can see what went wrong and also to recycle the metal. If this is the case we will cover the cost of postage.
Errors on our part
We do our utmost to make sure products and orders are sent correctly. However, we're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen.
If you've been sent something in error, we have missed, we have misread an instruction or an item is missing from your order please contact us and we'll work with you to fix the problem.
If we have sent an incorrect item, we may ask you to return it. If this is the case we will cover the cost of postage.
Refunds or exchanges
Once your returned item is safely received we will issue you a refund as quickly as possible or your exchanged item will ship as soon as possible.
Unless your return is due to a fault, damage during delivery or an error on our part, your postage costs will not be refunded. If you are exchanging an item in the same circumstances, additional postage costs are likely to apply.

- We will happily accept any returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns after 30 days will be approved on a case by case basis, and an exchange or store credit offered.
- Returns are subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and processing.
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out..
- An item which not returned in the same condition it was sent out in will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer.
- Buyer is responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of tracking, insurance and/or signature on delivery for any returns. TLHinspired cannot be held responsible for any postage delays or items lost in transit.
- Sale Items: Please choose carefully, any sale items returned will be issued an exchange or store credit only.
